Director Chris George has for over thirty years been the senior executive at NZ's leading Leisure retail group and NZ's leading quality brand kitchen equipment company. He has a unique combination of business skills and experience across a vast array of business disciplines including retail, manufacturing, sourcing, marketing, product development and market development, sales and sales staff development.

Director Sam Dick has a strong pedigree in engineering, CAD and the marine industry. His skills are widely applicable to the industry sectors of prime focus as both revolve around complex technical products and engineering solutions. Sam has a keen interest in product development and R&D and will work across the group acquisitions in these areas. Sam has a degree in mechanical engineering.
