BBQ’s & More will fulfil your order in a timely and efficient manner.
Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a Public Holiday will be shipped on the next business day.
If you order is for large outdoor furniture, it will be shipped by Conroy’s Removals and they do not pick up every day, therefore your furniture will be sent out on the next scheduled pick up day.
Shipping charges on returned items are the customer’s responsibility; BBQ’s & More will match the shipping method and pay for shipping on replacement or exchange on faulty items. BBQ’s & More will not pay for shipping for non-faulty or non-defective items and the customer will pay and organise courier pick-up or other means of return delivery.
BBQ’s & More will only cover the shipping cost of the returned item if the wrong item was sent to the customer.
Defective Goods Policy
DEFECTIVE returns can be returned directly to BBQ’s & More within 30 days from the invoice date, at BBQ’s & Mores discretion for credit, replacement, exchange or repair.
Manufacturer restrictions do apply and are outlined in your users manual.
Refunds or exchanges are issued after receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds or exchanges do not include original shipping and handling charges.
Non-Defective Goods Policy
Although BBQ’s & More is not liable to provide refund or credit note if the customer simply changes their mind or the customer finds the goods cheaper elsewhere, we will endeavour to satisfy a customer’s request within 7 days from the invoice date.
All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee and a credit note will be issued toward future purchases only. Original shipping charges are NOT refunded on returned items.
At this time BBQ’s & More do not offer international shipping on all items, however, we will ship some smaller items internationally. Please contact us directly firstname.lastname@example.org for international shipping quote.
